Real‑World Range Test: 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6 SE RWD Across City, Suburban, and 70‑mph Highway

Pasamos un día completo probando el alcance del Hyundai Ioniq 6 SE RWD 2024 (paquete de 77.4 kWh) en un clima primaveral agradable, realizando recorridos controlados por la ciudad, mezclando suburbios y tramos de carretera a 70 mph. El objetivo: convertir el número de la EPA en millas prácticas para quienes hacen el trayecto diario y para los viajeros por carretera, con una metodología clara y resultados reproducibles.

Prueba de coche: Ioniq 6 SE RWD con llantas aerodinámicas de 18 pulgadas, motor único de 225 hp/258 lb-ft, bomba de calor y una calificación EPA de 361 millas. El peso en vacío es un poco más de dos toneladas, y su aerodinámica es impresionante (Cd ~0.22). Los neumáticos los llevamos a 42 psi en frío. Sensibilidad al frío/húmedo y carga: Una repetición más corta en la autopista a 38 °F con lluvia ligera (HVAC a 72 °F, nivel de calefacción del asiento 2) produjo 3.4 mi/kWh, extrapolando a aproximadamente 250 millas a 70 mph—una reducción de alrededor del 13-15% debido a la temperatura, la resistencia aerodinámica y el pavimento mojado.
