Real‑world Range Test: 2024 Hyundai Ioniq 6 SE RWD in City, Highway, and Cold Weather

Pusimos el Ioniq 6 SE RWD a prueba en recorridos controlados por la ciudad, en trayectos constantes por la autopista a 70 y 80 mph, y en un ciclo de clima frío y húmedo para medir la autonomía y eficiencia reales, más allá de lo que dice el folleto.

Prueba del coche: Hyundai Ioniq 6 SE RWD 2024 (motor único, 168 kW/225 hp, plataforma E‑GMP de 800 V) con neumáticos ecológicos de 18 pulgadas. La batería es de larga duración con un pack de 77.4 kWh; Hyundai no publica la capacidad utilizable, pero en nuestra prueba previa de 95%→2% de descarga a 72°F obtuvimos 73.8 kWh netos, lo que sugiere que hay ~75 kWh utilizables. La autonomía combinada según la EPA es de 361 millas para esta versión, ayudada por un coeficiente de arrastre de 0.21 Cd y un sistema HVAC con bomba de calor.

Probamos en su mayoría en carreteras secas y con poco tráfico a 72°F (viento de 3 a 5 mph), con presiones de neumáticos ajustadas a 39 psi en frío, dos ocupantes y ~25 kg de carga. El recorrido urbano/suburbano promedió 28 mph con paradas frecuentes. En la prueba en carretera utilizamos rutas de ida y vuelta a 70 mph y 80 mph, verificadas por GPS, para cancelar la elevación y el viento. El sistema HVAC se mantuvo en Auto a 70°F; en las pruebas en frío (43°F, llovizna ligera, viento cruzado de 10 a 14 mph) utilizamos los calefactores de los asientos en bajo.

Los niveles de carga típicamente fueron de 90%→10% y la energía se midió a través de la computadora de viaje y la lectura del cargador como verificación cruzada. En nuestra prueba en frío/húmedo a 70 mph y 43°F, vimos 3.6 mi/kWh (278 Wh/mi)—alrededor de 270 millas—reflejando la resistencia aerodinámica por la lluvia, la resistencia al rodaje en pavimento mojado y una mayor carga del HVAC.
